TEXA Diagnostic Tools

TEXA tablets, Navigator VCIs and IDC6 software for 5 diagnostic environments: CAR, TRUCK, OHW (off-highway), BIKE and MARINE. A software license adds one environment to a tablet. TEXPACK is the separate update contract for that environment, and TEX@INFO technical support is valid only while TEXPACK is active for the same tablet and environment.

What is the difference between a license, TEXPACK and TEX@INFO?

A license (IDC6 PREMIUM or IDC6m PLUS) adds one diagnostic environment to a tablet. TEXPACK is the software update contract for that environment; the license and the update contract are separate agreements. TEX@INFO is the technical-information contract: bulletins, solved problems and call center support.

How do I receive my activation code?

Auto Rescue will send your activation via email.

What warranty comes with TEXA hardware?

1 year. The warranty extension stays active while TEXPACK renewals are uninterrupted. After TEXPACK expires there is a 30-day grace period, then the extension ends.

What do I need for secure gateway access?

Active IDC6 CAR software plus an active TEXPACK subscription.
