Remote Programming
Our technicians work on the vehicle in your bay through your own equipment:
- Windows PC with an OEM VCI or J2534 VCI
- Autel Remote Expert
- Topdon Phoenix Remote, Phoenix Max or RLink Lite
- Launch
Services: module programming, coding and configuration, vehicle diagnostics, ADAS calibration, and NASTF VSP restricted immobilizer resets (NASTF AIR; additional documentation required).
Makes: Ford, GM, Stellantis, Honda/Acura, Hyundai/Kia/Genesis, Mazda, Nissan/Infiniti, Subaru, Toyota/Lexus, BMW/Mini, Mercedes-Benz/Sprinter, Volkswagen/Audi, Volvo/Polestar, Jaguar and Land Rover.
Before you request:
- Shop in the US; US or Canadian market vehicle
- Remote device hardwired to your router
- Programming power supply connected; battery fully charged (12.6 V at rest)
- All keys present: some services delete keys that are not present
- Vehicle on site and ready for service

Mail-In Module Services
Send us the module for service. Available by mail: module programming, coding and configuration; immobilizer and keys; EEPROM read, write and cloning; unlock services. Diagnostics are not offered by mail. $250 minimum bench fee plus shipping both ways. A full vehicle health report with all modules connected is strongly recommended. Choose Mail-In Module Service on the service request; shipping instructions arrive by email.
Laptop Support
Help with Auto Rescue programming computers and other Windows PCs: new OEM software installation, OEM software updates, and assistance during a programming event with an OEM or J2534 interface. Choose Laptop Support on the service request.
OEM Software Installation
Initial setup of European OEM software (VW/Audi ODIS, Volvo VIDA, BMW ISTA, JLR SDD/TOPIx) on your laptop, configured for your J2534 interface and verified before handoff. One OEM per setup; OEM licenses and subscriptions are not included.
Scan Tool Support
Assistance, setup and activation for Autel, Topdon, Launch and Xtool scan tools, and OEM software with OEM or J2534 interfaces. Choose Scan Tool Support on the service request.
Programming Laptops
Windows laptops built for OEM diagnostics and programming, with separate partitions per platform group and J2534 interfaces configured per partition. Every build starts with a consultation: complete the form and you receive a calendar invite for a 30 to 60 minute call, so the system matches your workflow, your OEMs and the tools you already own.
