Auto Rescue Tools & Computers (ARTC) supplies and supports diagnostic, programming and ADAS equipment for professional automotive technicians. We work as a technical partner: we help shops choose the right tools, set them up, and get them working on real vehicles.
What We Do
- Diagnostics and programming: module programming, immobilizer and key programming, ADAS calibration.
- Equipment: scan tools, key programmers, J2534 interfaces, ADAS frames and targets from Autel, TEXA, Topdon, Launch, Xtool, OBDSTAR, HP Tuners and other brands. Shop All Brands
- Programming laptops: Windows laptops built for OEM software, with separate partitions for Domestic, Asian and European platforms and key tools, and J2534 interfaces configured per partition.
- Service and support: remote programming sessions, OEM software setup, laptop and scan tool support. Services

Industry Involvement
ARTC participates in NASTF (National Automotive Service Task Force) and runs the Professional Automotive Programming Community on Facebook, a group for J2534, OEM and EEPROM programming.
